For cancellations, we always provide credit as long as there is 24 hours or more notice before kickoff of a game. With 24 hours or notice refunds can also be provided minus a 10% fee and are typically processed at the end of the month. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refunded or credited. Game credit is held for a maximum of 2 years.
